Great Opportunity
Showcase your products or service to an ever increasing number of festival attendees. In one short year the Sequoia Foodie Fest has catapulted onto the Festival stage by capitalizing on the Foodie Phenonemon. In our first year we had nearly 4,000 people attend! We've moved our venue to provide more shade, shelter and indoor facilities for our guests!

Date and Time
The festival will be held at Veteran's Memorial Park in the heart of Exeter California, June 2nd, and 3rd. Time: Saturday 10:00am - 7:00pm and Sunday 11:00am - 5:00pm
Deadline
Early Bird Special. Save $25 by submitting your reservation and payment by March 16th, 2012. Please review the vendor application for your particular product of service to see the deadline to apply for space.

What
- Standard booth size is 10' X 10'. Canopy required. Booths must conform to size restrictions and set up in designated booth spaces.
- Booths are set up on grass, cut short and well maintained.
- Vendors must be set up by 9 am Saturday morning, and remain open until 7pm Saturday and 5pm Sunday.
- Vendors are responsible for their own booth equipment needs (canopy, chairs, tables, generator…)

*Please make sure when submitting your application, that it is complete. All incomplete applications will be returned and no reservations for space will be made until a complete application is received. This includes pictures (pictures will not be returned) all permits, appropriate money and signatures. We encourage you to submit early!
